Friday Postcard: Puffins!!!

Think penguins are the cutest birds? Think again. Puffins are kind of like if penguins mated with parrots- but less homicidal and more adorable. They make their summer nests in craggy rocks on the coast of Iceland, which is where I spotted these little guys.

    Are puffins also known for their migration habits?

      I think they fly out to sea in the winter, and nest in the summer, but it’s been awhile since I learned about them.

    Those are wonderful looking little birds. Are they only found in Iceland?

      I believe you can spot them all around the Arctic circle, but don’t quote me on that!
