Friday Postcard: Yamba, New South Wales

I’ts crazy how your mind can play tricks on you. Empirically when I look back on my time in Australia I KNOW I was unhappy a lot of the time. But somehow when I look at these pictures I can’t help buy smile and think it really wasn’t so bad. I mean who could be unhappy here?

Guess time really does heal all wounds.

  1. The memories lingers especially if you made a good connection to the place. Every time I travel, I always make sure I talk to locals to somehow get a feel of their culture :) And yes, Yamba is a spectacular place. Thanks for sharing.

Ah, Yamba was fantastic! I loved it there. Nice to see that some other travelers stopped off there along their way.

Don’t let the bad weather you had turn you off of Australia, we have one of the most truly spectacular countries in the world and it just unfortunate you chose to come in wet season.
