Friday Postcard: Sydney Australia

Posted on 11. Feb, 2011 by in Photos

Err, well, apparently in my holiday haste and excitement over leaving Australia I never bothered to write a single article about Sydney- a city where I spent over a week and really, really liked. Good job Stephanie! Anyways, Sydney is awesome, and I will try to eventually craft an article that showcases that, but until then, here is someting you will almost certainly recognize: The Sydney Harbor and Opera House. It’s just as beautiful in person, yet quite different up close than I would have thought:

More texturized I guess. All the more reason to go see for yourself!

I have a one-way ticket to Australia for March 16th and I’m planning on skipping the flight in exchange for staying in Hong Kong and getting racially discriminated. Am I crazy!?!?!?

Sydney really is an awesome city, by far the best one I visited in Australia :)

I haven’t spent a whole lot of time in Sydney, but it seems like a nice place. Although, the drivers are a little crazy compared to those in Perth!

Let me tell you- I am in SE Asia now and Australian traffic is practically sedate by comparison.

Great shots – definately gives more reasons to go visit Sydney.

Where abouts in South East Asia are you now?
