A vibrant window pot in the coastal city of Piran. The area is so close to Italy that even the street signs are in both Slovenian and Italian, and the city itself takes on a distinctly Venetian feel. I love areas like that with narrow streets and old houses, it’s so beautiful and picturesque!

Me too, it’s fun to get lost in places like that.

I’m a big fan of narrow, adorable alleyways as well. I live near a few in Buenos Aires that are painted in a way that makes them look like dollhouses.

I was in Piran way back when it was still called Yugoslavia and remember it as a lovely spot. Never heard about it again, though, so fun to discover your post. Beautiful photos.
